Tired of expensive wireless long distance calls?
Now you can make long distance (domestic and overseas) calls from your cell phone and pay incredibly low rates.
Use your access codes and pay only 5¢/min for calls within Canada and to the U.S.
  • Calls made without the use of your access code will be billed at 15¢ per minute.
Dialing Instructions using your access codes:
  • 1).  Dial the local access number (of the location you are calling from) from your Wireless Access activated cell phone. Program the access number into your cell phone's speed dial for future use.

    Note: Never dial "1" or "0" before the access number, even if prompted by the automated message of the wireless carrier. Your call will be considered long distance and billed by the wireless carrier, as well as Win-Tel. Simply try to dial another access number of the location you are currently in or moving towards.

  • 2).  Listen for the continuous dial tone.

  • 3).  Dial the number you wish to call. Do not press send again.

  • 4).  For calls within Canada and to the U.S.:1
    DIAL AREA CODE + PHONE NUMBER YOU WISH TO REACH

    Note: Never dial 1 or 0 before the area code.
For International Countries:
DIAL 999 + COUNTRY CODE + CITY/AREA CODE + PHONE NUMBER YOU WISH TO REACH

Note: Never dial 011 before the country code.
    If you make a dialing error:
  • 1).  Press the * key at any time to receive a new dial tone.

  • 2).  Re-enter the correct information, following the steps listed above.

  • 3).  You can reset your dialing information a maximum of three times.

Just dial the local access number of the location you are currently in, and follow the international dialing instructions.
